The Easiest (and Most Delicious) Pizza Oil You’ll Ever Make
Pizza is already a near-perfect food. But drizzle a little spicy, fragrant olive oil over the top and suddenly—it’s next-level.
We’re all about elevating the everyday with bold, honest flavour. That’s where our Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes in. Fresh, peppery, and packed with polyphenols, it’s the perfect base for a homemade pizza oil that takes your slices (and so much more) to new heights.

🔥 Quick Pizza Oil Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup of our Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp dried chili flakes (more if you like it fiery)

1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Warm It Up
Pour the olive oil into a small saucepan and warm gently over low heat—don’t let it fry. You’re infusing, not cooking. -
Add the Good Stuff
Toss in the chili flakes, paprika (if you want), and salt. Let it all mingle and infuse for about 5–7 minutes. Make sure not to fry, use a super low heat. -
Cool + Bottle
Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain if you want it smooth, or leave the bits in for full rustic glory. Pour into a clean jar. -
Enjoy
Store it somewhere cool and dark, and use within 2–3 weeks for peak flavour.
